How do I use a wax melt?

Wax melts are an amazing way to fill your home with scent. Place one in an oil/wax burner and watch it melt to release a powerful aroma. Sniffy Scent soy wax melts last for days! Hot tip: pop them in some tissue paper and leave one in your car, handbag, clothing drawer or handbag to enjoy your favourite scents everywhere.

How strong are your wax melts?

I have been a lifelong candle and scent lover and got tired of lifting things up to my nose to smell them. I wanted to walk into a house and smell whatever delectable scent was wafting out of the burner at the other end of the home. This is what Sniffy Scents has finally been able to achieve.  The scent in the wax lasts for days and days and days.

Do you accept trade enquiries?

What happens if I’m not there to receive the delivery?

If you are not at there during the delivery time, our delivery instructions are to ‘leave in a secure place out of the weather’. However, please understand that this is done at the postage worker’s discretion. If they believe there is a safe place such as in your letterbox, they will leave it there or they will leave a card instructing you to pick it up from your local post office.

When will my Sniffy Box be sent?

Sniffy Scents uses the ‘pre-order’ concept in our process. We collect payments on the 1st of the month. Allocation and packing starts immediately and all boxes are shipped out on out the 10th.

Will I know what is coming in my Sniffy Box?

Where’ s the fun in that? Each Sniffy Box is full of surprise scents, and that is a big part of the Sniffy Box adventure! If you follow the management felines and I on Twitter and Facebook, you might get some hints and pick up some other tips too. If you are after something specific, you can always order it from us directly. “I love this sample! Where can I buy it?” Hop to the Off The Shelf section of our website and find your favourite full size products there waiting for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, unless in stated specific terms and conditions attached to a promotion. To cancel your Sniffy Box subscription, please send a cancellation request through to [email protected] with all your account details and we will get in touch with you on your cancellation request. Please know that if you submit your cancellation request 2 days prior to your billing date (usually the 1st of every month), the cancellation will only be processed 4 days after the billing date. (e.g cancellation submitted on the 1st of the month (the subscription’s billing date) will only be processed on the 5th of the same month). Six monthly memberships may only be cancelled at the termination of the membership period and not during the term of the membership.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! Shipping fees will vary.

Why has my account been suspended?

Sniffy Scents deducts money from your chosen account on the 1st of every month and if there are insufficient funds your account will be temporarily suspended. They will then retry deducting the amount on the ##th of the month. If the transaction fails again, your account will be suspended. If you run into this issue, contact [email protected] we will be happy to help out.

Can I send the Sniffy Box as a gift?

Yes! Just input the lucky recipient’ s details into the delivery address fields. Don’ t worry, they won’ t receive any price information in their package

How much is shipping? 

Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout by Australia Post.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! Shipping fees will vary. Please see the Postage Calculator at Checkout.

Returns

If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange for a faulty product, you must email us on [email protected] to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return. Sniffy Scents will not bare returning costs. Your item must be returned within 7 days else no refund will be provided regardless of the reason. Please note that Sniffy Scents will, at all times, honour its obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
